Most unfortunately, some older versions of internet web-browsers will not display all the information on our website. This is due to a conflict between the programming code of the browser and the programming code of our site's software (Squarespace).  Older browsers can also cause similar issues with other sites. You are encouraged to keep your browser updated from a functional standpoint and also from a secruity standpoint.

You might be asking "What is a browser?" It is the computer program you use to access and navigate the internet. Some examples of web-browsers are: Microsoft Internet Explorer (MS I.E.), AOL, Mozilla FireFox, Netscape, Chrome, Safari and many more.

To find out what version you are currently using, typically you can go to the "Help" menu of your browser program and click on "about....." (for example: "About Internet Explorer"). The information on what version should be contained there. (example: Internet Explorer 7.0)

Updates are typically free. Your only investment is the time involved to download and install the update.

The steps involved in updating your browser are relatively simple to follow.  The internet browser companies realize that many of their customers are not all that comfortable with completing such maintenance tasks.  Therefore, they attempt to make it as automated at possible.

If you are thinking - "I can do this - no problem" then you can skip the next suggestion.  But if the thought of doing this really makes you queasy and you are completely certain that your computer will blow up if you try, there are some great tech support people working at various office supply stores such as Staples or Office Depot, who would be pleased to help you.  Or - you can go to your local elementary school and borrow a sixth-grader to do it for you (and program your VCR ...oops - make that Tevo...while you have them).

You might also be thinking - "I have my browser set up the way I like it - I don't want to loose my information". No worries! Most updates will transfer your setting from the old version to the new one.

Here are some links to some updates. If yours is not listed, Google the name of your browser plus the word "update" and you will find the proper link:
