Adam B. Levowitz works have been performed throughout the United States and around the world. In the spring of 2008, he had the privilege of conducting trumpet soloist Sergeant Major Chuck Seipp, and the United States Army Band, "Pershing's Own" in the world premier performance of his Sonata for Trumpet on the steps of the United States Capitol in Washington, DC.

Mr. Levowitz has received numerous commissions from professional, community and school groups including Symponic Sketches by the Katy Wind Symphony, The Day Thou Gavest, by the Houston Symphonic Band, Deep Water Bay but the Association of Texas Small School Bands, and Greek Folk Song Suite- Mousiki Tou Teras (Music of the Monsters) for the Thoreau Middle School Symphonic Band.

Director Paul Eiseman, commissioned him to compose scores for new interpretations of Shakespearean classics: A Midsummer Night’s Dream and The Tempest, both presented in New York City. Their collaboration continues with an opera S
